Beko M. Rivera

Director of Maintenance

As Director of Maintenance, Beko Rivera oversees all facets of maintenance management, supply chain management, and aircraft modification schedules in accordance with FAA and Department of Defense regulations supported by four uniquely different aircraft platforms.
Rivera joined RAVN Aerospace in May 2020. His tenacious drive to providing reliable, safe, and effective aircraft were evident in implementation of updated maintenance management strategies and the restructuring of maintenance processes resulted in two company sites and all aircraft platforms passing their Air Force Airworthiness Inspections. His infectious positive attitude and dedication to mission success ensure both customer and company objectives are met above expectations and on time.

Rivera retired from the U.S. Navy as a Chief Warrant Officer Four after 29 years of service. Highlights of his naval career include selection to the rank of Chief Petty Officer; he was a Qualified Egress Technician on F/A-18A-F, AV-8B, EA-6B, AH-1W, and CH-53E aircraft and an instructor on the F/A-18A-F Environmental and Egress Systems. He was selected and promoted to the rank of Chief Warrant Officer leading to five tours as an Aviation Ground Officer in four F/A-18A-F and one F-35 squadron. His career culminated as the initial Officer-in-Charge and Maintenance Officer of the Naval Aviation Center of Excellence (NAMCE) Lemoore.
